At the time of this writing, we are uncertain how long the Stay at Home Order from the state will remain in place. The Golden Community Center (GCC) closed indefinitely on March 14 and many predict the closures will remain in effect into May.
Although we can’t make up for time lost at the GCC, we want our pass holders to know that they are not being charged. If you have an annual pass, your pass is currently suspended and will be extended for the length of the closure. If you have a monthly pass, we will not process any additional monthly payments until after we are able to reopen. In addition, a credit for the second half of March will be applied to your next monthly payment.
Refunds for classes, programs and events scheduled during this time will be issued in the form of credit to your household account. We ask for your patience with us as we will be processing a much higher volume of refunds than normal and it may take longer. GCC Pass Holder Information
