Park Rangers Join Law Enforcement Torch Run
The High Point Parks & Recreation Department would like to thank Chief Park Ranger Salgado and Park Rangers Roehm and Miloro for joining their City colleagues from the High Point Police Department in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics North Carolina.
Park Ranger Roehm carried the torch for part of the nearly 11-mile run. Sara, a Special Olympic athlete and ASPIRE participant with High Point Parks & Recreation, also had the honor of running with the torch. Local athletes Rigoberto and Skip participated as well.
