Everyone has a story and a journey that takes us to somewhere in life. Englewood started as a church plant in 1945. Our history is rich in reaching the community through ministries, missions, compassion, generosity, education, and outreach. Englewood Christian School was constructed in 1975 and followed with the completion of a new daycare building in 1978. We have planted churches in the Kansas City area and have sent out many to serve in ministry around the United States and the world. We are intentionally building a community of changed lives to change their world. Giving life to those around us on a daily basis wherever we find ourselves. Together we are better when we serve, give, and provide an environment where people are valued and feel like they belong.
