Medal of Valor Award Ceremony presented to two IPD Officers and the MPCA Executive Board Meeting in Jefferson City.

How did the travel apply to the job?

As the Chief, I attended the Missouri Public Safety Awards to support COI (PD) personnel that were awarded the Medal of Valor by Governor Parson. I then attended an executive board meeting for the Missouri Police Chiefs Association (MPCA).

How did training add value to the city?

Attending the Awards adds value to the City by representing the City, positively, on this statewide platform. Additionally, supporting city personnel that were awarded is important and valuable.

My position with MPCA provides a voice and input on direction and influence of the organization on issues important to the COI, and IPD, adding value to the City.
