Euchre

Euchre is an offshoot of Juckerspiel, a game that became widely popular throughout Europe during the Napoleonic era. This game is best with four participants, playing two against two as partners. All skill levels are welcome.

Bingo

Feeling lucky? Join us each week for some gambling fun! You have two chances a week to win some money and enjoy the company of other members. Cards: $1 – Max 6

Sing-a-long

Warm up your singing voice with some old time favorite tunes.

Day: Wednesdays Time: 2-3 PM Age: 60+ Location: Thrive Dogwood 1 **Thrive membership is required in order to participate in all programs held at Thrive**

Mah Jongg

Mah Jongg is a game of skill, strategy, and calculation, but also involves a degree of chance. This game is open to all skill levels. Day: Tuesdays Time: 10 AM-Noon Age: 60+ Location: Thrive Active Adult Lounge

Mexican Train

Mexican Train is a game played with number dominoes. The object of the game is for a player to play all the dominoes from his/her hand into one or more chains, from a central hub.

This class is structured to be fun! No drawing skills required, just the desire to unleash your inner artist! This is a great class to introduce you to the wonderful world of Watercolor. Students will learn how to create projects from start to finish using various techniques.

A one-time supply fee of $15 is due to instructor on first day of class.

Needleworks

This group of enthusiastic individuals enjoy crocheting, knitting, quilting, embroidery, and other needlework projects. All levels are welcome.

Texas Hold ‘Em Tournaments

Think you got what it takes to play against some of the best? Then come out and play your hand in our Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament where we will give prizes to the top winners. Day: June 10; July 8; Aug. 12 Time: 1-5 PM Age: 60+ Location: Thrive Sage

Bunco

Bunco is a game played with 12 or more people in groups of 4 trying to score points while taking turns rolling three dice. A bunco is achieved when a person rolls 3 of a kind and all 3 numbers match the round number.

Dominoes

Pinochle

Pinochle is a card game played with 2-4 players and played with a 48-card deck. This group is looking for all players to join! *Class will not meet on 10/29.

Pickin’ & Grinnin’

Open Play Chair Volleyball

Join your friends in a fun-filled afternoon of volleyball. The game is played like traditional volleyball except in a chair and unlimited touches on the beach ball.

Team Chair Volleyball

Trivia Bowl

Come and test your knowledge in an afternoon of brain teasers, head scratchers, and various trivia about music, movies, television, and pop culture. Day: 1st Monday of the month-beginning June 6 Time: 1 PM Age: 60+ Location: Thrive Dogwood 3 Active Adult Night Dance

Movie Screening Series
