A councillor represents residents and ratepayers, provides leadership and guidance to the community, and facilitates communication between the community and the organisation. Council meets every second, third and fourth Tuesday of the month from February to November and as required in December.

The Administration

The Administration is organised into five groups, each with a range of responsibilities. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads the administrative arm of CN and is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the business and ensuring that the decisions of the elected Council are implemented. The CEO reports to the elected Council.
