Panther National The much anticipated, new luxury golf community of Panther National began development in the spring of 2022 within the Avenir residential area. This community is set to span over a 400-acre site accompanied with a signature Jack Nicklaus and Justin Thomas designed 18-hole and separate 9-hole, par three golf course that is scheduled to open for play in November of 2023; this will be the first golf course in Palm Beach County built from the ground up in 20 years. Currently, the residential pods are in their first phase of development with over $215 million worth of custom homes sold. All phases are estimated to be completed within the next five years.
