• Civic improvement

• Pleasure or recreation

• Any other purpose except profit

Local Pri va te

Any group whose ac tivities are not open to the general public.

C omme r cial

Any group whose objec tive is to gain profit for its owners or an admission charge or fee is collec ted with the majority of funds being direc ted to an organization other than a non-profit organization

Non - R esident

Any group in which the majority of its members do not reside in, or own businesses or proper ty in, the City of Pentic ton.

C hild/ Youth

Any person up to and including the age of 18.

Adult

Any person 19 years of age and over.
