HELP The last set of questions were on awareness of Penticton’s Home Energy Loan Program, and whether the respondent will consider using HELP if it is expanded to include bigger retrofits above the current cap of $10,000. Overall, 78% of respondents said that they were not aware of HELP. There was moderate interest for using HELP if the cap was raised to accommodate larger retrofits, at an average rating of 3.1 out of 5. Given this data, it is suggested to focus efforts on promoting HELP more to demonstrate its benefits.
