Ever wanted to learn the coolest, smoothest, and most playful form of swing on the planet, West Coast Swing, or learn to dance Fox Trot, Waltz and Swing for some ballroom dance? Belly Dance
Have some fun this season learning how to belly dance! This sassy dance form is popular with all ages and body types. Get in shape, tone, stretch and increase exibility to great music while learning Egyptian-American cabaret style dance. Hip circles, shimmies, shoulder rolls and grapevine moves will be combined into a fun and active choreography. Wear comfortable clothing. *No Class 2/20.

Clogging
Clogging is a lively, percussive style of dance, brought to the USA by European immigrants. It is great exercise for balance, coordination, and strength. Easy going classes allow students to progress at their own pace. Participants from age 10+ are encouraged to try clogging, maybe having their parent’s join them! It is a great ‘family’ activity. This medium-paced class is easy to follow. Essentrics is functional movement. It is dynamic, using your full body in an equipment free workout that will simultaneously stretch and strengthen all your 650 muscles. Come experience a workout that works through all your joints and releases tight muscles. Age Reversing Essentrics®
This class is slow paced and easy to follow. It is functional movement in an age reversing workout that uses your full body to restore movement in your joints, exibility in your muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate your cells to increase energy and vibrancy. Yoga Tai Chi Swords & Hsing Yi Sword Learn Tai Chi Swords & Hsing Yi Sword a class that will have two levels with a prerequisites of any soft style Tai Chi form. Mindful Movements
Develop a greater skill in being mindful throughout the day. Sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and lubricate the internal organs all while improving clarity and focus, increase exibility of the body as well as the mind. This class will help you create ease, joy, peace in one’s life and much more. Achieve this by practicing simple yet powerful movements based on Qi Gong/Thai Chi and yoga techniques followed by a short-guided mindfulness meditation. Sessions will vary day by day. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and/or provide comments.

Fitness instructor, Health Coach, Personal Trainer
Steph Duryea is a group tness instructor, personal trainer, and health coach, certi ed through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Health Coach Institute and has over 12 years of experience in the health and tness eld. She has coached clients of all ages, body types, and tness levels. When she is not chasing her 9 and 12 year old boys around, she enjoys boxing, snowboarding, movies, reading, and being outdoors. Join one of Stephanie’s classes at the Spartan Recreation Center such as FaBS (Fitter, Better, Stronger) for adults and XY-Train for kids, and contact the front desk for personal training availability.
