Hear how you can maintain a healthy mind, relationships and emotions, and use music and other tools to promote wellness and enhance communication. Taking a break from caregiving can be tough, so to make it easier for you to get away and attend the luncheon, two complimentary services are available. Please request them when you register (registration form is on the back of this page): • Limited transportation is available to and from the luncheon. To use this service, you must request it when you register. • Companionship for your loved one during the luncheon: If the person you’re caring for needs companionship during the lunch, free care will be provided at Agrace, featuring crafts, games, movies and conversation. Lunch will not be provided.
