Busy Babies [IN-PERSON]

Meet other littles in the area! Please dress your baby in clothes you wouldn’t mind getting dirty.

Please bring your own blanket or chairs. There will be an early literacy-based storytime portion including stories, rhymes, songs, and more. To assist staff in preparing well and to get program updates, registration is required. Please register each participating child. STEM Explorers [IN-PERSON]

Each month we will focus on a different theme with a variety of fun STEM-related activities! The themes will be weather, fort-building, and space! Registration required.

Battle of the Books Interest Meeting [IN-PERSON]

Date: September 20 & 22 (BOB prep through December 15) Time: 6:30 PM- 7:30 PM Age: Elementary Cost: Free Location: Meeting Room (Morgan Memorial Library & Adult Room (North Suffolk Library) Calling all 4th and 5th grade readers! We are gearing up for this school year’s Battle of the Books (BOB) and we want you to join! BOB is a game-show style reading competition where students are encouraged to read and answer questions based on selected titles. This meeting is a great opportunity to learn more about the books we plan to read this year, the format of the competition, our upcoming BOB programs, and more. We invite school media specialists and teachers interested in coaching, along with students and their parents!
