Tips for Attending Snowflake Castle
Monday, Nov. 27-Monday, Dec. 4
As Snowflake Castle approaches for another enchanting season, Westerville Parks & Recreation is supplying the following tips for attending this magical event:
Set a reminder to buy tickets. Be prepared for high demand. Resident tickets go on sale Monday, Nov. 6 at 12 p.m. and general ticket sales open Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 12 p.m.
Make note of all children in your group who plan to make toys at Snowflake Castle. This will help ensure every child is accounted for when buying tickets. Please note, only six tickets are allowed per family purchase.
Write a letter to Santa – don’t forget to bring it with you!
Be sure to print off tickets prior to entering Snowflake Castle or bring mobile tickets on your phone to show at entry.
Wear comfortable clothes on the day of the event, that you won’t mind getting dirty. Toy making includes using tools and paint.
Bring only two adults per child to Snowflake Castle to ensure the best experience for everyone, please.
Visit Santa’s House or the Toy Shop, according to staff direction.
Bring your phone or camera to capture photo opportunities at the Toy Shop, Santa’s sleigh and during the wintry snowfall. Be sure to tag us and use #snowflakecastle.
Check out the back of your ticket for scavenger hunt details during the event.
