MISSION To support and advance the arts and cultural fabric of Columbus.

COMMUNITY PULSE The Arts Council provides financial support to artists and arts organizations with publicly-funded grants, fellowships and cash awards from their privately funded endowment. They advance the arts with support through the Art Makes Columbus / Columbus Makes Art citywide marketing campaign, including an events calendar, artist directory, public-art database and more. GCAC produces the Columbus Arts Festival, the city's welcome-to-summer event, pairing the finest artists around the country with entertainment, activities for all ages, and great food.
