The Jan. 14 Fantastic Frigid 5K, the first of two this year, takes place on the park’s thin crushed gravel trail – and organizers caution participants to bundle up, because the park can get very cold. Grilled hot dogs, hot chocolate, live music, giveaways and more will be part of the fun.
