Start or Move Your Business to Westerville

Before a new building in the City can be occupied or used, or before a new business can occupy or use an existing building, a Zoning Certificate verifying compliance with the development standards and use requirements of the Planning & Zoning Code must be issued. Westerville levies an income tax of two percent on income earned within the City.
