Stop Snoring!
If you spend most of the night listening to your partner snore, you’re not alone.
Approximately 44% of men and 28% of women in the United States regularly snore. The Sleep Foundation recommends these tips to reduce or even eliminate snoring:
Sleep on your side.
Wear a nasal strip or dilator.
Use an anti-snoring mouthpiece.
Maintain a healthy weight.
Quit smoking.
Avoid alcohol before bed.
As a last resort, consider surgical treatment.

No matter the type of eating disorder, it requires immediate attention. Signs that point to an eating disorder can be emotional, behavioral, and physical. These may include:
Dieting and control of food
Food rituals
Extreme mood swings
Social withdrawal
Noticeable weight fluctuations
Gastrointestinal complaints
Dizziness upon standing
Difficultly concentrating or sleeping
Skin, hair, nail, and dental health issues
