Enthusiasm, positive attitude embedding a SLL. Atmosphere in classes, talking to children. More confidence with CLIL on the part of the teachers. Opeenness of students. They want to communicate, to know more about other English speakers. Spanish teachers enjoyed showing our school facilities. Working with language assistants. New games in the classrooms How younger learners are being prepared for Trinity and Cambridge Exams. Student´s level of competence in English. The Curriculum High expectations for 3 years old. Teachers are confident with CLIL.
What we want to learn next: -

Fourth mobility: Madrid- Edinburgh •A teacher visited Edinburgh schools and participated in the activities programmed. •She prepared a didactic unit about Madrid. “Un paseo por Madrid” for children in the 2nd grade. •They worked coolaboratively in groups in the activities proposed. To understand and identify the main cultural, historical and geographical features of Madrid and Edinburgh. – To design a logo for the Comenius Association

PROJECT: THINK about the idea you want to transmit. (images, letters, patterns, colours, designs…) CHOOSE the best materials and techniques to make it (collage, drawing, felt-tips, wax, coloured pencils….) Draw the images of Madrid and Edinburgh that you want to include. Think about mixing images, colours, etc… For example, FLAGS, FOOD, MONUMENTS.. Make a sketch (boceto) to arrange all the images and letters. Create the logo on the construction paper.

LOGO COMPETITION Carmen´s logo was the winner for the school and the Association
Children in the 1st, 2nd , 5th and 6th grade participated in the competition.
SCOTLAND CULTURAL DAYS • School project. All grade levels, from Infants to 6th grade, were involved • Topic: the main cultural, historical, geographical and artistic features of Scotland • Collaborative work: Workshops organized by grade levels (1º, 2º, 3º, 4º, 5º, 6º, Infants) • Interdisciplinary: Introduced by a presentation about the country, followed by workshops related to the different areas: maths, physical education, art, music, social science, literature. • Sociocultural values: learning and respecting other cultures.

Natural science. 5th grade • BIODIVERSITY OBJECTIVES: • Learn what biodiversity is and why it is so important. • Compare different levels of biodiversity on our planet. • Be aware of the loss of biodiversity and how can we change it.
