VOLUNTEER Policy Introduction
Compassion relies on volunteers in order to help achieve the vision of a world where farm animals are treated with compassion and respect. This policy sets out the principles for voluntary involvement within the organisation. We want to create a culture in which volunteering is viewed positively and enthusiastically by all and to develop a programme which enables volunteers to make their full contribution to achieving the organisation’s goals, whilst developing their own skills and interests and having fun!
