WINTER RAMEN What’s the Occasion?
It’s cold outside. You require sustenance.
Ingredients * 1 Package of Instant Ramen of your choice * ⅓ C. Celery (chopped) * ½ C. Chopped Peas + Carrots (I use frozen) * ½ C. Meat of your Choice. Chicken, beef, pork, etc. (sliced) * 1 C. Kale (chopped, ripped, broken into bits, idk just get it in pieces.)
Instructions 1. Boil water in a pot according to package instructions. Add celery and frozen peas+carrots. If you use frozen peas+carrots wait for the water to boil again before proceeding. 2. Add meat, kale and Instant noodles along with any flavor or vegetable packets included. Cook for time listed on the back of the ramen package. 3. Serve it up and EAT IT.
Take it to Elevation Nation! Add a Fried Egg and a sprinkle of green onion.

GENDER REVEAL RAMEN What’s the Occasion?
You or someone you know is expecting a human child in the near future. You want to throw a Gender Reveal Party, but you want to make it wierd.
Ingredients * 2 Packages Chicken or Shrimp Flavored Instant Ramen (use ramen with light colored broth) * Pink or Red Food Dye (for a girl) * Blue Food dye (for a boy) * 2 Soft boiled eggs * 2 Regular carrots (Skinned and cut into Penny Slices) * 4 Thick Slices of Ham * Heart, star, etc. Shaped Cookie Cutters, or a Knife * Splash of Heavy Cream *½ C. Green Onions (thinly sliced)
Instructions 1. Boil amount of water according to ramen package instructions. 2. Boil and peel your eggs. Cut into halves and set aside. 3. Take your ham slices and cut heart, star and other cute shapes out of them with the cookie cutters. Or just use a knife to do this. 4. Use a knife to try and cut other cute shapes out of your carrot slices like flowers or something.

5. Prep your bowls by adding a few drops of your selected food dye at the bottom. Cover the food dye with the seasoning packets from the ramen. Place the DRY ramen noodles on top. 6. Present bowls with seasoning and dry noodles to the couple (If it’s you who’s learning the secret have someone do this for you). Have the couple decorate their respective bowls with the eggs, ham, carrots and green onions. 7. When they’re done, take the bowls away from them and add boiling water and a splash of heavy cream to each bowl. The heavy cream will make the color of the food dye pop. Mix the bowl up a little bit to loosen and incorporate the dye until the color is apparent. 8. Cover each bowl and wait for the time listed on the ramen package. While you’re waiting, strike up a conversation with the expectant couple. Like, “Who’s going to be the better parent?” 9. Once time is up, have the couple uncover their bowls to see what they’re having! 10. Have fun!
Enhance by 5000 Don’t put food coloring in it and just have a nice, cute bowl of ramen for yourself.

MASHED POTATO RAMEN What’s the Occasion?
t’s a holiday and you were supposed to bring the potatoes but you forgot the gravy. Or you have left over potatoes from a holiday and want to create a delightful taste sensation!
Ingredients * 1 Package of Samyang Spicy Chicken Korean Fire Noodles * ½ C. Instant Potatoes or homemade (I won’t tell you how to do this) * Some boiling water for the instant potatoes if you choose to go that route * 1 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
Instructions 1. Cook Spicy noodles according to instructions and set aside. 2. In a bowl add boiling water to instant potatoes a little at a time and mix until you get some smooth potato stuff. 3. Add the heavy cream to the potatoes to make it taste more homemade. 4. Put potatoes on top of spicy noodles and garnish with nori/ seaweed packet.
Make it a Chef’s Kiss Add a fried egg or two and sprinkle of green onion

BREAKFAST RAMEN WAFFLE What’s the Occasion?
You enjoy unconventional breakfast food and want to try something different.
Ingredients * 1 Package of Spicy Ramen (I use Shin) * 2 Eggs * 1 Waffle iron (works better with a mini one)
Instructions 1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions without the flavoring packet. 2. In a bowl or cup, crack in the eggs and add the seasoning packet. Mix well. 3. Heat your waffle iron up and spray liberally with cooking spray. Place noodles in waffle iron until you can’t fit anymore. Pour egg mixture over the noodles and clamp the waffle iron and let it cook until egg mixture is cooked . About 2-3 minutes. 4. Enjoy!
Work it! Make a breakfast sandwich by using two ramen waffles as buns and putting whatever you want in the middle.

TREAT YO’ SELF RAMEN What’s the Occasion?
You’d like some nice restaurant ramen, but you’re poor and can’t afford it. You still deserve something kinda nice tho.
Ingredients * 1 Package of Instant Ramen of your choice *1 Egg *1 Tbsp. of Garlic Paste or Chopped Garlic * 1 Heaping Tbsp. of Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise (you can find this at any asian grocery store, or Amazon… Amazon has everything. You can try your luck with regular mayonnaise but IDK how that’s going to turn out because I haven’t tried it.) * ½ - 1 C. of whatever leafy greens you like. I use kale but you could do spinach or… collard greens? Whatever floats your boat.
Instructions 1. In your bowl add the egg, garlic, mayonnaise and ramen seasoning packet. Mix together. 2. Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, add your leafy greens in too. 3. Once noodles are done, slowly add noodles/greens + boiling water into the bowl with the concoction we made earlier. 4.Stir all together until thoroughly combined, and enjoy!
Make it Dazzle! Add a fried egg and sprinkle of green onion… and corn. It tastes good with corn, if you like corn.

DINNER DATE RAMEN What’s the Occasion?
You want to impress someone with your cooking, but here’s the thing… you can’t cook. Luckily this dish looks slightly italian and tastes fancy even though it’s not.
Ingredients * 2 Package of Spicy Ramen (I use Shin) * 8-10 Broccoli Pieces * ½ C. Mushrooms (If you like them) * 1.5 C. Polish Sausage * ½ of an Onion * 3 C. Milk
Instructions 1. Throw all the veggies and sausage into a pan with some oil and stir-fry until the vegetables start to char. 2. Boil water and cook noodles without the flavoring packet for 2 minutes. 3. Drain and rinse the noodles. 4. Boil the milk and add the seasoning packet. Add the veggies, sausage, and noodles and reduce to low heat. Cook for 3-4 more minutes or until noodles are to the texture of your liking. 5. Serve and enjoy!

RAMEN FRIED RICE What’s the Occasion?
You want ramen… but you also want fried rice…
Ingredients * 1 Package of Spicy Ramen * 2 C. Cooked Rice * 2 Eggs * ½ C. Green Onions (Sliced)
Instructions 1. Take your ramen package and THROW it against the wall. Crush it, smash it, break the noodles into little bits. 2. Empty crushed ramen noodles into a bowl and add the seasoning packet(s). Pour just enough water to cover the noodles and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. 3. Cook rice according to package instructions. 4. In a pan heat some oil and add the green onions. Once the green onions look like they’re dancing in the oil. Add the eggs and scramble together with the onions. 5. When the eggs are cooked through add your ramen and rice. Fry until all the sauce from the ramen is evaporated and the rice is to the crispiness of your liking. 6. Put it on a plate and enjoy!
Make it Perfect! This dish is already perfect.

SUMMER RAMEn What’s the Occasion?
It’s hot outside and a bowl of cold soup would slap right about now.
Ingredients
* 1 Spicy instant Ramen Package of your choice (I use Shin)
* 1 handful of Bean Sprouts
* ½ of a Cucumber (thinly sliced)
* 1 ½ Tbsp. Sugar
* 1 C. Cabbage (thinly sliced)
* 1 ½ Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
* ¼ C. Green Onion (chopped)
*1 ½ Tbsp. SoySauce
* ½ of a Jalapeno or Green Chilli Pepper (thinly sliced)
* 1 C. Water
* ¼ of an Onion (thinly sliced)
Instructions
* 1 Handful of Ice Cubes
1. Thinly slice all of your veggies except the bean sprouts and put to the side. (cucumber, cabbage, green onion, jalapeno, onion) 2. In your serving bowl add & mix together sugar, spice flavoring packet from the ramen package, vinegar, soy sauce and water to make your broth. Set to the side. 3. In a pot, boil some water and cook noodles according to package instructions. While noodles are cooking add the bean sprouts and onions in there too. Once noodles are done cooking, drain and rinse them along with the bean sprouts and onions in cold water until cool to the touch. 4. Place freshly rinsed noodles and veggies into your serving bowl with the broth mixture and top with the rest of the vegetables you sliced. 5. Sprinkle her with some sesame seeds and plop some ice cubes in there if you want your noodles extra crisp.

IF YOUR RAMEN PACKAGE CAME WITHOUT THE FLAVOR PACKET RAMEN What’s the Occasion? See title.
Ingredients * 1 Seasonless Ramen ,Package * 1 Egg * 1 Tbsp. Butter * 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce * 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar * 1 Clove of Garlic minced or 1 Tsp. Garlic Paste * ½ Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes * 1 to 2 Tbsp. Water * Chopped Green Onion + Everything but the Bagel Seasoning for Garnish
Instructions 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set to the side. 2. In a pan melt butter over medium heat. Once melted add garlic and fry until fragrant. 3. Add in soy sauce, pepper flakes and mix together until sauce thickens a little bit. 4. Add brown sugar and mix until combined. Add a little bit of water to loosen the sauce until just barely thickened.

5. Add noodles to the sauce and mix until sauce coats all the noodles. Add the egg to the pan and stir into the noodles. Cook for an additional 30 s - 1 minute. 6. Pour your noodles into a bowl and top it with the green onion and bagel seasoning.
