Writer of IMAGE an Architecture Magazine, Architecture Student Club Wrote an architecture review of a tourist spot in Bandung. Hired Editor for an Architecture Presentation Rendered a proposed design for a tourist attraction in an island. Head of the Choir’s Decoration Division in ITB Conceptualized, coordinated and produced design for an annual choir competition, attended by more than 7000 people from every city in Indonesia. Hired Designer for Airbus “Fly Your Ideas” Competition Conceptualized, designed and rendered a themepark using sketch-up, photoshop and v-ray. Core Team Leader of College Community, IFGF Bandung Arranged weekly and monthly events as well as activities for the youth and college ministry. 2016 Delegate from West Java for architecture student’s educational event “Temu Kumpul Ilmiah Mahasiswa Arsitektur Indonesia” In a group comprised of three members, wrote and presented a scientific paper about slum housing and social problems. 2015 Chairman of an Architecture Social Event in ITB Concepted and coordinated a social event, which is attended by more than 100 kids in Bandung. 2014 Chairman of a mini concert for the choir of ITB Planned out and coordinated 100 people to perform in a mini concert

Sustainable Design based on Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) criterias:
GREEN MOTION May 2018, final project office and lifestyle center (Mixed-use Development) location : Guru Patimpus Street, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia Green Motion aims to create harmony between the building with the tread and the context around the building. The concept of green is presented by giving a lot of greening area on building site and facade. In addition, green concept also has the meaning of environmentally friendly, in accordance with the criteria of GBCI by implementing rain water harvesting system, minimizing run-o with the retention pond, low energy building (saving the carriage cost through shading), and maximize natural ventilation with the presence of innercourt and voids on the center of the podium.

Car Entrance’s Perspective The concept of motion is lifted because of the high movement on the site. In addition to its location located in the city center, this site is also located at a crossroads.

Inner Court Perspective The concept of motion is presented through a curvilinear form on the perimeter of the building as well as a continuous ramp from the ground floor to the 4th floor on the podium. The concept of motion is also reflected in the shape of the tower that forms curved line.

Rancacili is a housing complex which consist of three types of landed house, five towers of walkup apartments, recreational area such as a jogging track, a bicycle track and a park. Environmental issue is one of the most important issue in this residential area. The goal is to provide a residential area that can provide fresh air and calmness in the middle of the city.

BUAH BATU Office Tower
December, 2016 sustainable design consideration Location : Buah Batu Road, Bandung, West Java, Indoensia
Buah Batu Office Tower is a building located at the corner of Buah Batu Road which belongs to the primary arterial road of Bandung City. This building is built on 4.800 meter acre land and the goals are to be an eye cathcing tower, a landmark of Buah Batu Road and an energy conservative building. One of the challenges of this building is that it may have a bulky look because of the height limitation in this area (maximum height 60 m). To solve this bulky-look issue, the building is splitted into two parts and has a pointed end at the end of the building. As an energy conservative building, it is designed to have three systems including rain harvesting, zero waste and natural lighting to fulfill the energy efficiency concept (double skin facade).

THE ART AND CULTURAL HOUSE OF BABAKAN CIAMIS June, 2016 competition project with Lady Viona, Jully Agatta, Thea Oribel The Art and Cultural House is located in one of the urban villages in Bandung City called Babakan Ciamis. This two-storey house is built to accomodate any art and cultural activities such as art and cultural exhibitions, traditional dance shows, art galleries, and any other related of such sort. To create a traditional, clean and simple look, the main materials used for this house are wood and concrete. The ornaments of this house called ‘kerawang’ is used as an accent to the facade, light filter as well as natural ventilation.

THE BRICK CAFE & HOTEL December, 2015 Location : Ir.H. Djuanda Street, Bandung, West Java
The Brick Hotel and Cafe is located in Ir. H. Djuanda Road, Bandung, West Java. This hotel’s maximum built area is 682.5 meter acre. As one of the many famous and old roads in Bandung, this road has many historical buildings with collonial style. To blend with other historical buildings on this particular road, this hotel is designed by using exposed red bricks as the main material.
Due to the tropical climate as well as fresh air and cold weather in Bandung, every room in this hotel is designed to have direct access to Bandung’s fresh air. This method will also reduce the energy consumption. This building also applied the natural ventilation concept by using many openings in the facade. Rainwater harvesting, zero run off and green roof are also applied in this building.
