• Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive marketing and outreach strategy for the revitalised student chapter, resulting in a 230% increase in student membership.
• Successfully negotiated and secured over $2,700 in funding for the Spring 2023 event line-up, representing a 450% increase and upgrade to the organisation’s future budget.
• Maintained and strengthened partnerships with NOMA National, BOSNOMA, RISD faculty, and alumni, facilitating monthly events attended by 20+ regular participants.
• Leveraged student insights to facilitate in-depth discussions with final candidates for the key leadership role, ensuring alignment with community values and expectations.
• Compiled a comprehensive 30+ page detailed reports on each candidate, providing critical input to the RISD President and Board of Trustees for their decision-making.
• Elected as a student advocate to represent student interests to senior faculty and RISD administration, implementing successful student-led initiatives and policies that increased student satisfaction by 30%.
• Organized over 9+ events and showcases attended by over 300 participants, enhancing community engagement and providing platforms to highlight student achievements.
