Our community engagement plans are based on the outcome of our Community Engagement Tool.

ACT PLAN

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

DO

CHECK

WE PLAN – Identify and analyse the issue to be addressed, gather relevant data and develop a community engagement plan.

WE DO - Implement/test actions and solutions from the community engagement plan.

WE CHECK - Analyse the results against the expectations, to assess whether the engagement worked. If not, go back to planning and if it has then Act.

WE ACT - Document the results, inform others and make recommendations.
