To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential Requirements
• Tertiary qualifications in business management or a related discipline and equivalent corportate experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the issues affecting the NSW Local Government sector (eg. cultural, social, historical and political) and the ability to use the knowledge to tailor different approaches.
• Demonstrated ability in a senior role to lead, work constructively with, and create positive influence, in dealing with senior management, managers, supervisors and all employees in creating a customer focused organisation that benefits from efficient and effective service delivery.
