The Skin and its Surroundings
“The subjective perceptions on weather.”
Our skin is the first layer of contact between us and our surroundings.
Our skin has unique responses to our surroundings.
Our perceptions towards weather conditions are subjective.

Proposal
“The scientific way to improve the subjective perceptions of winter.
People’s perceptions towards weather is subjective and mainly based on the experiences the weather offers. Danish people love their short summer as they can enjoy swimming in their clean sea on a warm and sunny summer day. Providing winter experiences with similar quality to Danish citizens could help them enjoy their long winter.
Sauna bath procedures
Sea water in Denmark is clean enough for swimming. Danish people also have the habit of taking sauna bath. The cold sea can be a natural cold bath for people taking sauna baths. A public sauna bath next to the sea could be beneficial to citizens.
