Our TEAm At A•C•T, we are proud of our unique history and significant accomplishments. More importantly, we are excited about the future and the way we’re positioned to deliver significant VALUE to our clients. We have a fiscally conservative business philosophy/culture and a history of sustained growth with no layoffs since our inception in 1987. We are recognized at the local, state and national levels as an employer of distinction and, as such, we are committed to a real open-door policy with easy access to top management. The educational assistance and either flex time/company time we provide for continuing education has allowed employees to earn college degrees, professional certifications and licenses. We also offer internal training opportunities, healthcare and many other benefits. Why? Because we believe taking care of our employees means that they, in turn, will take care of our clients and our business.
Further, as A•C•T’s brand ambassadors, our employees are encouraged to get engaged in the community, and they do so in many ways including volunteerism, financial contributions, board service and more across a wide range of community initiatives and organizations. In fact, employee participation in our annual United Way campaign has increased each year, and we are especially proud of the number of leadership givers we have on our team. In short, our diverse team recognizes the value of building community and providing excellent customer service – both of which are tied directly to our corporate culture.
