Change Our World
A guide for international students
“After a long process of applying to different liberal arts schools around the United States, Clark was the one that aligned most with what I was looking for. Some of the main reasons I wanted to come to Clark include the diversity of the student body, the close connections with my professors, and the proximity to other big cities. I admire Clark’s incredible student body, their willingness to help, their good attitude towards life, and the ways they collaborate to make Clark a better and more inclusive campus.”

TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores are required for students whose native language is not English. Typical minimum requirements are: GPA 3.0+/4.0 plus one of these scores: TOEFL iBT 80
IELTS 6.5
Duolingo 110
Meeting these minimum scores does not guarantee admission as all applications are reviewed holistically. Clark also offers programs for students who are academically qualified to attend the University but could use additional language support. In such cases, students will be referred to our English for Academic Success Program or Undergraduate Pathway Programs.
Scholarships
Students who wish to be considered for need-based financial assistance must fill out the CSS Profile by the same application deadline. All applicants are considered automatically for merit scholarships, and a separate application is required for the Presidential Scholarship.

Merit scholarship awards are up to $28,000 per year.
For international students who receive the highest merit-based scholarship and financial aid package, the typical cost of attendance is approximately $35,000 per year.
3-5 Presidential Scholarships are awarded each year. This scholarship is for full tuition, as well as on-campus room and board for all four years, regardless of a family’s financial need.
