PLANT CONTROLLER - PR Essential Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Assures the execution of activities related to Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecast, Monthly MOR, Cost Accounting, and Capital Expenditures Management in support of overall corporate objectives. 2. Assure full compliance with tax and legal activities associated to our operations in Puerto Rico. 3. Prepares the monthly Financial Statements and preliminary and year end audit package. Assists in the evaluation of internal accounting controls and procedures for conformance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. 4. Reports Business financial information and prepares financial analysis of operations to corporate staff and local management. 5. Prepare and analyze and present monthly/quarterly manufacturing variation forecasts, including efforts result of Fresenius Kabi Production System initiatives. 6. Manage the monthly department close schedule to ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting. 7. Identify and implement corrective actions to meet strategic/operating plan/forecast commitments. 8. Observed confidentiality and data privacy rules at all time. 9. Other financial duties to manage business financial needs.

Job Requirements: Education: B.B.A. with concentration in Accounting (required), M.B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance or management preferred. Preferred: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant. Experience: 10 years or more in manufacturing environment as Cost Accounting Manager or equivalent position. Health care industry experience preferred. Good knowledge of Federal and P.R. taxes regulations including: Tax returns, municipally tax, law 154 and others. Fully bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Leadership skills above average.

EHS ASSOCIATE - PR Essential Duties / Responsibilities: The position will assist in the coordination of EHS program for the facility and contributes in the organization, tracking and offering of regulatory trainings for EHS aspects to comply with all federal state and local agencies. Serve as a backup of the EHS Manager on his/her absence. Among the main responsibilities the incumbent will perform the following tasks: 1. Preparation of Safety recordkeeping and reporting for federal, state and local authorities, as well as Corporate. 2. Conduct safety training for OSHA programs such as Hazard Communication, Emergency Evacuation, Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work, Electrical Safety, Confined Space Entry, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Fork Truck Safety, among others (40 SOPs at least annual retraining). 3. Administers the FRESH (Fenwal Recordkeeping for Environmental, Safety and Health) corrective action system. Assist in Incident Investigations. 4. Assists in the development of our employee safety communication program, including bulletin board maintenance, and information dissemination to keep our associates well informed of EHS activities (EHS awareness program). Provide articles for the Fenwal newspaper regarding safety when needed. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred: Certifications a plus in (CHMM, CSP, CIH, REM, Wastewater pre-treatment plant operation.) Experience: Experience with safety and health programs including local and federal regulations. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Strong computer skills (MS office) and knowledge of EHS related applications. Strong writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish. Fully bilingual. DOT experience a plus. Industrial Hygiene Experience is desired.
