Ganaderos Borges, Inc., seeks a Management Strategic Advisor

for work to be conducted in Naguabo, PR. The incumbent will develop a strategy that allows establishing a business model for the company. Contribute to the implementation of this strategy towards growth and competitiveness. In addition, provide an objective vision over the company’s operations. Duties include: • Directly advise the general manager of the company. • Understand and shape the institutional strategy of the company. • Develop plans to carry out the strategy and analyze business proposals. • Investigate competition to identify threats and opportunities.

• Assess the strategic and operational performance of the company. • Adapt the processes, the planning of resources and the objectives of the departments to the general strategy. • Provide support and information on important organizational changes (change of strategic approach, mergers and acquisitions). • Train senior executives in effective decision making. • Create forecasts and analytical models.

• Control and analyze sector trends and market changes. • Collaborate with the general manager to prepare the assembly sessions of partners, as well as timely monitor the resolutions and agreements taken. • Prepare proposal for strategic planning, organizational structure, job description, as well as the estimation of a costs plan for the company. • Other activities and responsibilities assigned by upper management. BA/BS in Industrial Engineering and 5-years of experience in a highlevel management position required. Must have Technical Knowledge: Total quality Knowledge: Strategic planning, administration, management, coordination.
