PLANT CONTROLLER The Controller is a key leadership position within the organization. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Controller serves on the Executive Team and will plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department. The Controller will assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate accounting policies and procedures that follow what is considered “best practices” for the company. Compliance Officer - Full Time Description: The candidate will oversee the Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. Completes required compliance training. • Responsible for overseeing the Ensure HMDA, BSA and FACTA compliance. • Serve as the Credit Union’s legislative representative by keeping abreast of current political issues and proposals, communicating our position to our legislators. • Conducts annual assessment of risk and determines the degree of significance of each. • Coordinate with external auditors, federal and state regulatory agency examiners with their annual review of the Credit Union’s financial records. • Supervision of the Compliance Department. • Foster and encourage a culture of compliance in the Credit Union. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree and Master Degree desirable. • 3-5+ years of experience as a Compliance Officer or similar position within a credit union or banking environment. • Preferred to have Certifications in BSA/AML, SARs, CAMS, MLCA y OFAC. • PC Skilled & knowledge in Office applications. • Requires being organized and highly discreet. • Strong oral & written communication skills in English & Spanish.
