Supply Chain Planner-Buyer The Supply Chain Planner and Buyer position is an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems. Achieving, improving, exceeding targeted customer service levels, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Global Supply Chain. · Plan and execute procurement of finished goods and raw materials from global contract manufacturers and suppliers. · Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with global contract manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries. Proactively report product and material availability issues. · Inventory Management: reporting, inventory parameters, reduction and reserve percentage measurements, Product Life Cycle management;
Essential requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Material Management or related area. · 2-4 years of experience in a purchasing position in the Food and Beverage industry preferable. · Fluent in English (Business level required). · Excellent organizational skills. · Ability to balance immediate/long term priorities. · Exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
