STERILITY AND CALIBRATIONS SUPERVISOR - MA Essential Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the qualification, requalification, calibration or special tests of all plant autoclave vessels. 2. Evaluate and provides disposition to autoclave aberrant cycles. 3. Provide support to the plant on issues related to steam, sterilization and steam pasteurization process. 4. Prepare or verifies protocols related to the above processes. 5. Help to maintain the Maricao Autoclave department in top operational condition through direct involvement or support to area upgrade or maintenance projects. 6. Help to ensure sterilization and pasteurization processes specification and procedure compliance. 7. Prepare any required operation reports. 8. Act as the plant representative for all sterilization-related issues to other plants and the Corporation. 9. Responsible for NDA, regulatory revisions, etc. application to the sterilization and pasteurization processes. 10. Responsible for the calibration department activities including the handling of Out of Tolerance documentation. Job Requirements: Education: B.S. in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or related fields. Five-years minimum work experience in the sterilization area. Experience: Five-years minimum work experience in the sterilization area. Requirements: Knowledge of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation and maintenance. Working knowledge of a sterilization and pasteurization process is a must. Knowledgeable of applicable CGMP‘S, MDD (93/42/EEC), and ISO ANSI/AAMI/ISO 17665-1:2006 “Sterilization of Health Care Products – Moist heat – Part 1: Requirements for the development, validation and routine control of a sterilization process for medical device”

JOB FUNCTIONS / EXPERIENCE Laborers will be responsible to perform the following tasks:
Los trabajadores deben tener conocimiento de segadoras y equipos de jardinería. A veces a los trabajadores se les pedirá que trabajen los sábados. Se administrarán pruebas de drogas.
Laborers must have knowledge of a mowers and landscaping equipment. Workers will be asked to work on Saturdays at times. Drug testing will be administered.
PAGOS Y BENEFICIOS: • 40 horas semanales de trabajo, de 7:00am a 3:30pm, de lunes a viernes • Salario inicial $14.00 / hora • Las horas extras de más de 40 horas se pagan a $21.00 / h. • El aumento salarial / bonificación queda al criterio del empleador • Transporte de ida y vuelta del Puerto Rico pagado y proporcionado por el empleador, incluidas las comidas • Se proporcionará alojamiento a todos los trabajadores • Se proporcionará transporte de ida y vuelta al trabajo • Posiciones de responsabilidad disponibles para aquellos que deseen aumento de sueldo y oportunidades adicionales
PAY AND BENEFITS: • 40 Hours work week 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday • Starting wage $14.00/hour • Overtime over 40 hours is paid at $21.00/hr. • Raise/Bonus is at Employer discretion • Transportation paid for and provided by Employer to Employee to and from Puerto Rico, including meals • Housing is provided to all workers • Transportation provided to and from company site by Employer • Management positions available for those who want increased pay and opportunity
