The incumbent must possess a minimum 5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Information Systems or equivalent. The duties of the position include: Oversees software testing projects and ensures that they are properly implemented and completed. Thorough understanding of Card Payment and Transaction Processing Systems (Base 24, IBM Mainframe, POS, ATM) and experience working in the Fintech Industry. Experience working with and formally testing Data Warehouses (“Data Warehouse Analytics and Testing Experience”). Automated Testing Experience and ability to create and implement Automation Frameworks to ensure successful adoption of Automation Best Practices to assure the success of Automated Testing Projects. Document and update Software Testing Procedures to ensure that our Testing Team follows industry best practices to assure the highest levels of Quality. Spearhead Agile Testing Efforts for project migrating to Agile Methodologies. Knowledge and experience in: Card Payment and Transaction Processing Systems (Base 24, IBM Mainframe, POS, ATM) and experience working in the Fintech Industry. Managing and supervising “Offshore” Testing Teams and Testing Projects. Experience Testing Data Warehouse Projects.
