Requisitos del Asistente del Gerente General:

• Debe tener conocimiento de las operaciones, el mantenimiento y la administración de tránsito.

• Debe tener buenas habilidades de comunicación.

• Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente; Se prefiere una licenciatura.

• Licencia Cat. 8 & Licencia de la Comisión de Servicio Público.

Restaurant Los Yeyos, Inc. has 1 position available as a Food Service Manager to work at 353 Calle San Francisco Local 1 y 2, San Juan PR 00901. The Food Service Manager is directly responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all kitchen functions, among these: monitoring food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner; performing food preparation or service tasks, such as cooking, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when necessary; maintaining food and equipment inventories and keeping inventory records, as well as estimating food, liquor, wine, and other beverage consumption to anticipate amounts to be purchased or requisitioned; scheduling and receiving food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity; coordinating assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation; establishing standards for personnel performance and customer service; and scheduling staff hours and assigning duties.

The Kitchen Manager will supervise the activities of the kitchen assistant, bartender, waiters/ waitresses, as well as the kitchen maintenance worker.
