Industrial Engineering Manager For work to be conducted in Guaynabo, PR. The incumbent will Analyze operational sequence of the supply chain and process flows, including internal operation and external operation (suppliers and agencies) in all the countries where the organization operates, will apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to improve efficiency in the operational process, among other duties. BS in Industrial Engineering or degree related to operational optimizations and improvement to the value chain of a company, 5-years as Management Consultant or exposure to responsibilities related to operational analysis, strategic plan and implementing new procedures and Key Performance Indicators based on business strategy, or in Project Management based on solution design and implementation, with measurable financial results for the company.
Must have: • Extensive knowledge of international logistics, finance, and cost accounting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Analyze issues and work to identify root causes. • Ability using initiative and judgment in dealing with workflow and uncertain situations. • Working effectively under strict time limitation and extended business working hours to produce accurate results. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Excellent at MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project and MS Outlook • Able to travel overseas as frequent as every 3 months for 1 day to a week.
