TEAM BUILD ON HOME grOUND With fun, time-pressured challenges, students test their mental and physical skills during our one day or two day programme options. Delivered on school or college grounds, Team Spirit does just as the name suggests; builds confidence, motivation and teamwork in a short, but unforgettable time.

Learn valuable lifeskills from the outset There’s no hanging about and no time is wasted in getting students working as a team and thinking on their feet to solve logistical problems. Because they take turns at leading a team, they’re quickly immersed in learning leadership skills, dealing with time pressure and working well with their peers.

What a difference an extra day makes Try our two day Team Spirit programme. As well as incorporating all of the elements of our one day option, students will experience a night under canvas in the safe environment of your school grounds. You will witness the benefits they derive from learning camp craft and self-sufficiency skills, and all about self and team reliance; life lessons they will take onwards and upwards.

ExpEDITIONs ON A MIssION Our Team Expeditions take place in hugely inspiring environments with trekking expeditions in either Snowdonia or the Lake District and canoeing expeditions on the River Wye. With an emphasis on personal development, both options are extremely rewarding. They are physically and mentally challenging as students learn how to adapt and become self and team resilient in a wild country environment. With just the right level of encouragement from our experienced Leaders they will build strong self-confidence, learn new skills and take ownership of their expedition. Their experience will give them skills for life, whichever direction they take.

Fit for life There is a big focus on helping students to recognise the importance of fitness and nutrition too. This not only benefits them during their expedition but stands them in good stead for years to come.
