Therefore, we developed a home on one level, a unique compact volume whose orientation optimized the views. In the interior, we used neutral colors yet quality features, thinking that the family itself would be the color of the home with their own furniture. The exterior is white to maximize the feeling of peace and tranquility, a simple ‘game of shadows’ creates contrast, where the architect used different planes for the home’s façade.

Cevisama confirma las buenas expectativas y recibe a más de 80.000 visitantes en su 35ª edición
La feria internacional Cevisama ha cerrado sus puertas en Feria Valencia tras haber cumplido con las expectativas más optimistas. A falta del balance final, el certamen de la industria cerámica y el equipamiento de baño ha superado los excelentes datos del año pasado y ha rebasado la cifra de 80.000 visitantes. Fabricantes, distribuidores, grandes grupos de compra, arquitectos, interioristas, diseñadores y proyectistas han llenado durante toda la semana los pasillos del recinto ferial en una edición que se confirma como la mejor de los últimos años.
El presidente de Cevisama, Manuel Rubert, ha mostrado su satisfacción por el resultado y ha asegurado que Cevisama 2018 “hará historia”. “Los expositores nos están trasladando su felicitación, incluso aquellos a los que nos costó más convencer, y los pocos que faltan ya nos avanzado que el año que viene estarán en Cevisama”, ha asegurado. De hecho, la organización está ya trabajando en la apertura de un nuevo pabellón para el año que viene, cuando a las buenas perspectivas se sumará el sector de de la maquinaria cerámica (que participa en Cevisama los años pares).

En el éxito, a juicio del presidente, ha influido “el buen trabajo del equipo de Feria Valencia, la mejora del mercado nacional y el gran nivel que está alcanzando la cerámica española en todo el mundo”.
Además, el responsable del certamen ha remarcado que durante esta edición no sólo han venido más visitantes profesionales del mercado nacional, sino que también ha habido un repunte de visitantes procedentes de distintos mercados, especialmente de países asiáticos y también del mercado europeo.

Entregados los premios de CevisamaLab En el programa de actos paralelos de Cevisamalab, el ámbito cultural de Cevisama, hoy ha destacado la entrega de los premios del Concurso Trans-hitos, así como de los Concursos de Diseño Cerámico y de Diseño de Baño.

…when buying a property through the Spanish Courts
CAN I BUY A PROPERTY THROUGH A COURT AUCTION? Yes, normally you can buy properties that have been repossessed by a bank or a third party. WHAT DO I NEED? In Spain it is advisable to employ a lawyer and a court runner to represent you through the auction process via a power of attorney. 1. If you are interested in a specific property that is being repossessed, you will find them published through the Court Public Information Board. Remember that information on the property will be limited. 2. If possible ask to see the surveyor´s report if one has been submitted.
3. Check how much outstanding debts are against the property.
