20 años han pasado desde que yo, un joven valenciano de 22 años estudiante de publicidad y marketing, decidí abandonar mi Valencia natal y quedarme a vivir en uno de los mejores lugares del mundo, en Jávea. Una maravillosa población de la Costa Blanca que rápidamente te cautiva, te seduce, te atrapa y te enamora.
20 years have passed since I, a Valencian young man of 22 years advertising and marketing student, decided to leave my native Valencia and stay in one of the best places in the world, Jávea. A wonderful town of the Costa Blanca that quickly captivates you, seduces you, catches you and makes you fall in love.
Acababa el verano de 1997, una fecha que recuerdo como si fuera ayer, y con mucho esfuerzo, ayuda de familiares y amigos, y con el apoyo de esos primeros clientes que confiaron en mi, y algunos de los cuales han recorrido estos 20 años conmigo, nacía ese primer número 0 de Casas & Villas - Octubre 1997.
Was finished the summer of 1997, a date that I remember as if it was yesterday, and with much effort, help from family and friends, and with the support of those first clients who trusted me, and some of whom have traveled these 20 years with me, was born that first number 0 of Casas & Villas - October 1997.

Los materiales se repiten en su interior buscando una equilibrio donde la sensación de sencillez y equilibrio invade cualquier espacio.
El proyecto de iluminación diseñado por IDEALHAUS s.l. crea una experiencia única al caer la noche, ya que potencia de un modo sutil los espacios exteriores y hace que el espacio exterior e interior se confunda.
