HORIZONTALIDAD El origen del proyecto se desarrolla a partir de una serie de cajas contenedores de programa y patios de luz, cosidos entre dos plataformas horizontales que delimitan el espacio.
HORIZONTALITY The development of the project was based on a set of program-containing boxes and sunlight-capturing courtyards, sewn together between two horizontal platforms that enclose the space.
Con el fin de potenciar estos dos elementos, el pavimento se eleva a 30cm del suelo. La sensación de horizontalidad se mantiene a través de ese pavimento y la cubierta de hormigón blanco visto, piezas que albergan las cajas donde se sitúan diferentes estancias.
In order to highlight these elements, the floor has been risen 30 cm from the ground level. JUEGO DE CAJAS La distribución de las cajas entre los planos de hormigón genera espacios intermedios que cosen los diferentes volúmenes y albergan los usos compartidos de la vivienda. Espacios interiores con continuidad exterior, que presentan visuales enmarcadas del jardín que rodea la vivienda y permiten el cruce de perspectivas entre diferentes puntos. Los volúmenes que se introducen bajo la losa se muestran como contenedores de las estancias más privadas, haciéndose perceptibles a través del cambio de las alturas. El retranqueo de los volúmenes se replica en el diseño de la piscina, a través de un rectángulo quebrado que recuerda el conjunto horizontal y la introducción de estos elementos. 30 CLASS & VILLAS
SET OF BOXES The arrangement of the boxes between the concrete slabs generates in-between spaces that sew the volumes and host the common areas of the dwelling. These interior spaces, which are extended outside, point to framed sights of the garden that surrounds the house and allow crossed views between different points. The volumes under the slab are presented as containers of the more private rooms and are noticed due to their different heights. The setting back of the volumes has been mirrored in the design of the swimming pool, a shattered rectangle that recalls the horizontal set and horizontal composition introducing these elements.
MATERIALIDAD Los materiales se muestran en su estado natural mediante el uso de madera, piedra natural y hormigón.
MATERIALS Materials are displayed in its raw form, by using wood, natural stone and concrete.
Las cajas que contienen las diferentes estancias son de piedra de mampostería, diferenciándose del resto de elementos de la vivienda por su materialidad. A través de la presencia de las contras de madera, se matiza la entrada de luz natural a la vivienda.
The boxes that contain the rooms are made of stone masonry, thus standing out from the rest of the building because of their material. The access of sunlight into the dwelling is filtered by the presence of wooden shutters.
La losa horizontal que se apoya sobre los volúmenes, muestra el estado natural del hormigón blanco.
The horizontal slab that support the boxes displays exposed white concrete in its natural state.

LUCES Y SOMBRAS Se juega con la luz natural, controlando su entrada indirecta en cada una de las estancias. Los espacios generados entre los volĂşmenes y los huecos en la losa crean un contraste de luces y sombras a lo largo de la vivienda.

La Feria Internacional de Turismo (Fitur 2020) ha cerrado con “cifras históricas” para este evento, con un total de 255.000 visitantes 918 expositores titulares, 11.040 empresas, 165 países y regiones y una participación internacional del 56%. Otro dato que ha destacado Ifema en su balance ha sido que el impacto económico producido en Madrid alcanza cerca de los 333 millones de euros. Para este año, que coincide con su 40 aniversario, ha aumentado la participación profesional en un 5,16 por ciento hasta los 150.011 participantes y ha recibido un 6,4 por ciento más de visitantes internacionales procedentes de 140 países.
The International Tourism Fair (Fitur 2020) closed with “historical figures” for this event, with a total of 255.000 visitors, 918 exhibitors, 11.040 companies, 165 countries and regions and an international participation of 56%. Another fact that Ifema has highlighted in its balance sheet has been that the economic impact produced in Madrid reaches about 333 million euros. For this year, which coincides with its 40th anniversary, it has increased professional participation by 5,16 percent to 150.011 participants and has received 6,4 percent more from international visitors from 140 countries.
En términos globales, la presencia nacional ha representado el 44% de la cuota de participación de Fitur frente a la internacional, en un 56%. Según los continentes, la participación de Asia-Pacífico se ha posicionado en primer lugar (+21,5%), seguido por África (+19,5%). También han crecido los pabellones destinados a Europa (+5,3%) y América (+ 3,3 %).
In global terms, the national presence has represented 44% of Fitur’s participation quota compared to the international one, by 56%. According to the continents, the Asia-Pacific share has been positioned first (+ 21.5%), followed by Africa (+ 19.5%). Pavilions for Europe (+ 5.3%) and America (+ 3.3%) have also grown.

“La valoración final es muy positiva”, ha declarado el director general de Ifema, Eduardo López-Puertas, quien cree que además que Fitur es “una de las grandes citas internacionales del turismo” y “el centro de negocio donde vienen todos los países para preparar las temporadas turísticas de todo el año”. López-Puertas ha señalado que el objetivo de esta feria es “posicionar el turismo en la órbita mundial”, y que empresas privadas puedan cerrar contratos con empresas mayoristas. La edición de 2020, para el director, ha convertido a esta feria en un “Fitur mucho más consolidado” donde ha destacado la temática de la sostenibilidad y el turismo del futuro. “Fitur no tiene techo, vamos a seguir trabajando día a día para que ya en la edición de 2021 subamos los récords obtenidos de este año”, ha asegurado. 42 CLASS & VILLAS

Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020 ha cerrado sus puertas tras tres días en los que ha concentrado el interés gastronómico mundial. Más de 300 profesionales se han diseminado por sus siete escenarios para concentrar una actividad congresual única, que ha contado por primera vez con la celebración en su seno del MIP (Madrid International Pastry), el primer Congreso Internacional de Pastelería, Panadería y Chocolate de España, en el pabellón 14 y 14.1 de IFEMA.
Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020 has closed its doors after three days in which it has concentrated global gastronomic interest. More than 300 professionals have disseminated through its seven scenarios to concentrate a unique congress activity, which has had for the first time the celebration of the MIP (Madrid International Pastry), the first International Congress of Pastry, Bakery and Chocolate of Spain , in Hall 14 and 14.1 of IFEMA.
Porque en esta edición, la de su mayoría de edad, Madrid Fusión ha cambiado de escenario ganando metros para ampliar su espacio expositivo, con lo que ha conseguido llegar por primera vez a alojar a 230 empresas, cifra récord del congreso. Además, Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2020 ha contado con más de 2.000 congresistas y 13.000 visitantes.

El interés se ha divido entre el escenario principal, que ha alojado las ponencias de los mejores chefs del mundo -Koji Kimura, Isabella Potí, Luca Dani García, Luke Dale Roberts, Vicky Cheng, Joan Roca, Ángel León, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Dabiz Muñoz o el tres estrellas italiano Niko Romito, quien además ha ganado el Concurso Cocinero Europeo del Año-; la sala polivalente, con hasta una treintena de ponencias, y las salas de los talleres didácticos, mientras el público interactuaba visitando las propuestas de las 230 marcas que han poblado el pabellón. También lo hacían disfrutando de Enofusión y The Drinks Show, dos actividades paralelas más del congreso.

En el transcurso de la jornada final se ha conocido el nombre del nuevo Cocinero Revelación, en este caso Cocinera Revelación, ya que el título ha recaído en Camila Ferraro, chef de 32 años del restaurante Sobretablas de Sevilla. Primera mujer en ganar el certamen.

En la mañana de este último día de Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión se ha entregado uno de los galardones más importantes del panorama gastronómico español, el premio Cocinero Revelación patrocinado de Balfegó. Finalmente, ha sido Camila Ferraro, joven sevillana de 32 años a los mandos del restaurante Sobretablas (Sevilla), quien se ha llevado el galardón, proclamándose Cocinera Revelación 2020, premio que reconoce la labor y el provenir del presente y del futuro de la gastronomía en España. Ferraro se convierte en la primera mujer en ganaer el galardón.
