Cerca de 400 firmas y marcas de cerámica, baño y maquinaria han dado cita en Feria Valencia con un 96% de expositores europeos en busca de nuevos nichos de mercado como el contract.
La cita ha ocupado más de 50.000 m2 de superficie expositiva entre las que destacará un hotel de diseño realizado íntegramente con cerámica y baño de los expositores e ideado por el arquitecto Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez.
La cita por antonomasia para la cerámica y el baño en nuestro país evoluciona siguiendo los pasos de la propia industria y ha abierto las puertas en Feria Valencia con un nuevo planteamiento expositivo, una apuesta por la calidad ‘Made in Europe’ y nuevas propuestas para atraer a nichos de negocio como el contract.
Nearly 400 ceramic, bathroom and machinery companies and brands have met at Feria Valencia, with 96% of exhibitors being Europeans looking for new market niches such as contract.
The event has occupied more than 50,000 m2 of exhibition space, including a designer hotel made entirely with exhibitors’ ceramics and bathroom products and designed by the architect Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez.

Una de las principales novedades ha sido la apuesta que este año ha realizado el certamen por el producto de calidad ‘Made in Europe’ frente a la competencia desleal de otros países, algo que se ha traducido en una oferta íntegramente europea. De hecho, Cevisama ha reunido un escaparate de 403 firmas y marcas de las que un 96% son europeas, procedentes fundamentalmente de España, Italia y Portugal (73%) así como de Alemania, Grecia, Países Bajos, Suecia y Ucrania. Completan los mercados de procedencia Argelia, Brasil, China, Palestina y Turquía, con expositores del ámbito de materiales de construcción o baño.
Todos ellos han mostrado sus últimas novedades e innovaciones en cerámica, baño, materiales de construcción o maquinaria y tecnología para la industria cerámica sobre una superficie expositiva de 50.000 metros cuadrados de Feria Valencia.

Mientras en el ámbito expositivo la apuesta es Europa, Cevisama mantiene su poder de convocatoria del visitante internacional y buena prueba de ello es el éxito de su Campaña de Compradores Nacionales e Internacionales. Dotado con cerca de un millón de euros por parte del IVACE + i Internacional y la propia Feria Valencia, el Plan ha confirmado la visita de 700 compradores de alto nivel, entre ellos en torno al 20% de Estados Unidos, y grandes grupos de distribución europeos asociados a UFEMAT o estudios como el británico Grimshaw, recientemente ganador del Premio RIBA.

un hotel de diseño revestido con cerámica y baño de treinta expositores presentes en Cevisama. El objetivo de ‘Hotel Cevisama’ es demostrar la versatilidad de la cerámica y baño en los proyectos hoteleros.
No es la única gran instalación de Cevisama ya que del estudio valenciano de Pepe Cosín ha surgido una gran instalación que ha recorrido todo el Distribuidor Central de Cevisama para convertirlo en una experiencia en torno a la tierra, fuego y agua para conectar todos los pabellones comerciales.
En el mismo Pabellón 3 también tenía cabida el espacio de innovación ‘Cevisama Trends’ mientras que la exposición de los proyectos seleccionados en la edición de este año de ‘Cevisama Talents’, un concurso que reconoce la creatividad y el talento emergente en el campo del diseño tanto cerámico como de equipamiento para el baño y que se expondrán en el Pabellón 4.

FORO DE ARQUITECTURA, INTERIORISMO Y LA DANA
Un año más, Cevisama se ha caracterizado por un intenso programa de conferencias integrada en Cevisama_LAB y que incorpora a profesionales como la interiorista mexicana Amparo Taylor o los estudios de arquitectura de interior Stone Design, Estudio Animal, El Equipo Creativo y Mil Studios.
También participaron estudios de arquitectura referentes como Alfaro-Manrique, Jaime Sanahúja, Wearetodo o especialistas en construcción o gestión inmobiliaria y hotelera como Inhaus, TM Grupo, GAT Gestión o Rusticae.
La reciente tragedia de la DANA en la provincia de València también ha sido protagonista en el Foro y así el martes 25 se abordó por la tarde una conferencia en torno a los daños en la edificiación y la emergencia habitacional en el que participará, entre otros, el arquitecto municipal de Paiporta.
ARCHITECTURE, INTERIOR DESIGN FORUM AND DANA
Once again this year, Cevisama has been characterised by an intense programme of conferences integrated into Cevisama_ LAB and which includes professionals such as the Mexican interior designer Amparo Taylor or the interior architecture studios Stone Design, Estudio Animal, El Equipo Creativo and Mil Studios.
Leading architectural firms such as Alfaro-Manrique, Jaime Sanahúja, Wearetodo and specialists in construction or real estate and hotel management such as Inhaus, TM Grupo, GAT Gestión and Rusticae also participated.
The recent tragedy of the DANA in the province of Valencia has also been the focus of the Forum and thus on Tuesday 25th a conference was addressed in the afternoon on the damage to buildings and the housing emergency in which, among others, the municipal architect of Paiporta will participate.

STONE GALLERY Y COLOCADORES CERÁMICOS
Más allá de la cerámica y baño, Cevisama también ha acogido espacios especializados como la ‘Stone Gallery’, en el que un total de doce empresas de mármol y piedra natural de la Comunitat Valenciana participaron de forma agrupada en este espacio con el impulso de Ivace + i Internacional y la asociación Mármol de Alicante.

STONE GALLERY AND CERAMIC TILERS
Beyond ceramics and bathrooms, Cevisama has also hosted specialized spaces such as the ‘Stone Gallery’, in which a total of twelve marble and natural stone companies from the Valencian Community participated as a group in this space with the support of Ivace + i International and the Alicante Marble Association.
Además, los profesionales de la instalación y colocación cerámica tuvieron su espacio en el pabellón 4, que acogió, una edición más, el Encuentro de Colocadores de PROALSO con las últimas técnicas del alicatador solador. Además, este 2025 se suma un encuentro sobre instalación de cerámica con alumnado de toda España de Ciclos Formativos de Grado Medio de Obras de Interior, Decoración y Rehabilitación.
En este ámbito, dentro de la programación de Cevisama también destacó el tradicional ‘Día del Ladrillo’ en el que el sector, agrupado en el ‘Gremi de Rajolers’ y la patronal Hispalyt, ha mostrado las ventajas de sus productos, especialmente frente al fuego y el cambio climático.

PREMIOS Y CONCURSOS
Durante Cevisama también se dieron a conocer los ganadores de diversos concursos y premios que prestigian al sector. El primero de ellos serán los Alfa de Oro, que se dió a conocer en la tarde del lunes, y que son otorgados por la Sociedad Española de Cerámica y Vidrio SECV. También este año y de la mano del Colegio de Diseñadores de Interior de la Comunitat Valenciana CDICV se premió al mejor interiorismo de los stands expuestos en Cevisama.
Como novedad, este año los Premios a la Distribución se otorgaron en una Gala que se celebró el martes 25 de febrero en el Museo Príncipe Felipe de la Ciutat de les Artes i les Ciències de València y que será toda una fiesta sectorial.
AWARDS AND COMPETITIONS
During Cevisama, the winners of various competitions and awards that give prestige to the sector were also announced. The first of these will be the Alfa de Oro, which was announced on Monday afternoon, and which are awarded by the Spanish Society of Ceramics and Glass SECV. Also this year, and in collaboration with the College of Interior Designers of the Valencian Community CDICV, the best interior design of the stands exhibited at Cevisama was awarded.
As a novelty, this year the Distribution Awards were presented at a Gala held on Tuesday, February 25 at the Museo Príncipe Felipe de la Ciutat de les Artes i les Ciències de València, which will be a true sector-wide celebration.
Y todo ello ha sido contado, en tiempo real y a través de las redes sociales, por siete ‘influencers’, que relataron a sus más de millón y medio de seguidores en todas las novedades y todo lo que ocurrió del 24 al 28 de febrero en la cita de la cerámica y baño de Feria Valencia. Estos creadores de contenido digital aportaron su visión fresca, creativa y experta sobre las tendencias en interiorismo, construcción y reformas con el objetivo no solo de impulsar Cevisama 2025 y la visita de profesionales del sector sino de contribuir al posicionamiento de los expositores y de las novedades que presentaron durante el certamen.
And all of this has been told, in real time and through social networks, by seven ‘influencers’, who told their more than one and a half million followers about all the news and everything that happened from February 24 to 28 at the ceramics and bathroom event at Feria Valencia. These creators of digital content contributed their fresh, creative and expert vision on trends in interior design, construction and renovations with the aim not only of promoting Cevisama 2025 and the visit of professionals from the sector but also of contributing to the positioning of the exhibitors and the novelties they presented during the event.

El sofá modular Insula es la interpretación actualizada de Patricia Urquiola de los asientos tradicionales usados en los Majlis árabes tradicionales, donde los miembros de las comunidades se reunían para discutir eventos y temas locales, recibir invitados, entablar amistades y divertirse.
Formalmente es un sofá modular racional de formas muy suavizadas y de baja altura, con un rulo en el respaldo que concentra todo el protagonismo del diseño y que proporciona un énfasis decididamente horizontal. Combina proporciones cuidadosamente equilibradas como un elemento arquitectónico que puede integrarse sutilmente.
The Insula modular sofa is Patricia Urquiola’s updated take on the traditional seating found in Arab majlis, where community members gathered to discuss events and local matters, receive and entertain guests and friends.
It takes the form of a low, rational modular sofa in smooth shapes with a roll backrest, serving as the design focal point which accentuates the horizontal. It combines carefully balanced proportions as an architectural element that can be subtly integrated.
Funcionalmente, al igual que el concepto originario de los Majlis árabes, la principal función principal del sofá Insula es socializar. La multitud de configuraciones permite adaptarse a todo tipo de situaciones sociales, tanto en el interior como exterior de un arquitectura: desde la recepción de una oficina donde encontrar un lugar para trabajar relajado, al descanso en un hogar, o en el exterior para tomar el sol y divertirse.
Su diseño modular, consta de una base ortogonal de aluminio, con formas muy suavizadas, donde se ubica el cojín asiento muy mullido y confortable. Las dos medidas de sus asientos, permiten poner diversos tipos de respaldo: individual, doble, angular etc....
In function, like the original majlis, the Insula sofa’s main purpose is for socialising. Its many configurations mean it can be adapted to all types of social gatherings, both indoors and outdoors: from an office reception area, providing a relaxing workspace, to the home where you can wind down or outdoors for sunbathing and having fun.
Modular in design, it consists of an orthogonal aluminium base, with very smooth lines with the softest most comfortable seat cushion. The seats come in two sizes, allowing for the use of different types of backrest: individual, double, angular and so on.
