South African Choral Festival features a true diversity of ensembles exchanging cultures through shared workshops, side-by-side rehearsals and outreach projects throughout the Rainbow Nation—all while performing for enthusiastic crowds in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Soweto and numerous communities across South Africa. Hailed as “the largest international choral gathering in South Africa” by the Cape Times, over the past decade Ihlombe! has highlighted more than 150 choirs from across the globe.

“Serenade! showcases choirs from around the world. The goal is to educate both singers and audiences about different cultures.” All Things Considered Established in 2011, and lauded by the Washington Post’s Anne Midgette for “the most genuinely international ensemble I’ve ever heard, apart from the Olympic Games,” the Serenade! Washington, D.C. Choral Festival is an exuberant celebration of international choral music, offering unforgettable experiences for both singers and audiences alike. With freewill donations collected for local non-profit charities, Serenade! has showcased almost 100 choirs from over 40 countries at storied venues such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the Music Center at Strathmore.

Prague Summer Nights: Young Artists Music Festival offers aspiring operatic and orchestral professionals the opportunity to perform in some of Europe’s most historic venues, including fully-staged opera productions and professionally-directed opera scenes, symphonic concerts led by guest conductors and starring internationally-renowned soloists, standing room-only programs of new music, chamber music, jazz, cabaret, as well as both vocal and instrumental competitions. Beginning with its inaugural season in 2015, Prague Summer Nights has also offered intensive programs for conductors, stage directors, coaches and arts administrators.

The Eric Daniel Helms New Music Program was endowed in 2005 to assist our non-profit clients in the creation of brand-new orchestral and choral music, while also supporting the craft of contemporary composition worldwide. 75 works—several by Grammy, Oscar, Pulitzer, Grawemeyer and MacArthur-winning composers—from some 30 countries have premiered everywhere from Carnegie Hall, Disney Hall, Kennedy Center, Teatro Colón to Regina Mundi RC Church in Soweto by ensembles ranging from professional orchestras to children’s choirs. At the time of printing, over 25 additional works are being written by composers from all over the world.
