Marshals and officials at Auto-tests and AutoSolo events have slightly different tasks to more normal marshalling. First task is operating the start and finish of tests to ensure accurate recording of times for each test.
Marshalls/Officials out on the course act as observers as well as marshals. © Simon Wright Any marker cones knocked down by drivers have to be replaced before the mext cars competes . Also any car knocking down course marker cones, or has all four wheels leave the track will receive penalties which are added to their time.
