By fully understanding your unique environment first, we ensure your stalls will safely serve the needs of your horses, fit the design of your barn, and match your personal style. Our process ensures you feel supported throughout the entire experience, from planning through final build. Here’s what you can expect.
STEP 1 PLAN
Think about the kind of barn you want. Ask your friends and equine experts for their experiences and insights. To define your vision for your dream barn, review Classic images of barns and stalls and identify those you like. Find a contractor you trust to bring your dream barn to life.
STEP 2 REFINE
Move from concept to reality. Have your contractor/architect create a floor plan of your barn and develop timelines and budgets. Classic design consultants will work with you to understand your unique needs and design custom stall solutions that fit your horses, your barn, and your style and you will receive a finalized quote for the items requested.
CONCEPT REALITY
STEP 3 FINALIZE
See what your barn will look like. With your approval, your Classic design consultant will generate computer renderings to show how your equipment will come together. We will then coordinate with you and your contractor to confirm final measurements. Once deposit and approved drawings are received, we will then procure materials and schedule production.
STEP 4 REALIZE
Your dream barn is coming together. With construction of your personalized equipment underway, our goal is simple: We will see your project through to completion, which includes carefully packaging and shipping your equipment directly to your job site upon receipt of authorization and final payment.

Tru-Step ® Interlocking Rubber Pavers create a nonslip barn surface in wet or dry conditions. Our rubber pavers can be used for aisle flooring, walkways, grooming stall flooring…virtually anywhere you need a safe surface for you and your horse. In addition to safety, they add a decorative flair that is easy to maintain.
NONSLIP FLOORING WITH LASTING BEAUTY
True-Step pavers are available in three popular colors: black, grey, and terracotta red. You can mix and match them in and around your barn to add breathtaking beauty. The interlocking “dog-bone” shape provides an attractive pattern while holding them securely in place.
We offer Tru-Step pavers in two different thicknesses. For existing concrete barn aisles, ¾" thick pavers can be applied with adhesive, transforming your barn aisle into an attractive and safe footing for you and horses. To eliminate the additional cost of a full concrete pour, 11/ 2" thick pavers can be installed directly on compacted base material. When installed properly, these pavers have an extremely long life expectancy.
KEEP YOUR BARN BEAUTIFUL
Prestigious venues across North America choose our pavers because they will not fade in UV light, and they withstand harsh freezing and thawing conditions. Other brands may crumble or crack in extreme weather conditions. Our 100% recycled rubber pieces are shredded, interwoven and chemically bonded together. This process results in a sturdy bond that ensures long-lasting durability. Tru-Step pavers are durable enough to drive cars and tractors on.
Clean-up is easy with Tru-Step pavers. You can use a broom, leaf blower, vacuum or even a pressure washer—a testament to their enduring strength.
STALLS MATS INTERLOCKING
SOLUTIONS FOR STALLS AND AISLES
Are you tired of hauling stall mats out to clean up the mess underneath?
Loktuff interlocking mats provide a perfect solution. Backed by warranty, they are designed to minimize any concerns with buckling or curling. They lock together to prevent bedding from lodging underneath. Available in ¾" thickness for stalls, and ½" thickness with a color speck for barn aisles.
Loktuff mats provide horse comfort, reduce horse injuries, reduce bedding cost, and increase traction. They are non-absorbent, insulate against cold and damp conditions, and are flat on the bottom which minimizes bacteria growth.
The interlocking design minimizes curling or buckling, preventing the trip hazard typically created by non-interlocking mats. Made from vulcanized rubber, they will not change shape under pressure. Waterjet-cut-edges ensure a tight fit every time. The most popular size is 4′ by 6′, but custom configurations are available.

StableComfort is a wall-to-wall waterproof stall mattress system. This resilient yet forgiving surface closely mimics the feel of natural pasture. Horses stabled on this mattress system are more likely to lie-down. Hock sores are greatly reduced. Its one-piece top cover makes stall cleaning a breeze.
Not only is it ergonomic, efficient and economical, but it’s also environmentally friendly as it significantly reduces the amount of shavings waste.
Multi-celled mattresses filled with uniform rubber crumbs for comfort and shock absorbency create the comfortable underlayment. The one-piece top cover is an industrial-strength geotextile, permeated with a vulcanized rubber compound, giving it indestructible durability.

Installation begins by placing 4-foot by 6-foot crumb-filled mattresses in the stall. Extra crumb is placed on top of the mattresses to fill any gaps. The one-piece top cover is fastened to the stall walls using plastic fastening strips and screws. This ensures that no bedding or waste gets underneath the stall mat system.
With the comfort provided by the mattress system, shavings need only be used for absorption of urine. Muck-out time is greatly reduced and when you factor in the savings in bedding costs, this product will actually pay for itself.

STABLE-ITY GRID
PERMANENT MUD MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
Providing excellent drainage, Stable-ity Grid is an interlocking system that helps prevent accumulation of mud throughout the farm. Stable-ity Grid can be used to stabilize the ground inside or outside of barns. The most common uses for the grid system are exterior applications, typically in high traffic areas prone to mud, such as stall paddocks, gate openings, sacrifice turnouts, run-in sheds, and water troughs.
When used in the stall, Stable-ity Grid prevents your horse from digging, ensuring a permanently level surface, making stall cleaning easier and helping to control odor.

Designed to eliminate the need for constant gravel replacement, Stable-ity Grid offers a durable and effective way to maintain level, mud-free surfaces. Simply place the 24" square interlocking grids over a level rock base and backfill with fines (coarse or angular sand, bluestone, etc.) or road cloth for optimal results.
