Milk Fed Baby Lamb Season! HIGHLY PRIZED FOR ITS EXQUISITE TASTE & TEXTURE • Lambs are exclusively raised on the pastures of the Basque valley of Soule • Carefully bred from three ancient breeds: redheaded Manech, black-headed Manech, and Béarnaise • Animals are bred on the farms where they are born, following thousand-year-old traditions

‘LABEL ROUGE’ ACCREDITATION GUARANTEED QUALITY • Lambs roam free all summer at high altitudes and are fed exclusively on their mother’s milk • They are not given any extra food nor any antibiotic or hormonal treatment • The lambs are raised for a maximum of 45 days, ensuring a consistently sized carcass
