Folliet Gourmet Coffee has been established since 1880, roasting coffee in small batches where coffee beans are carefully selected and ethically sourced from Vietnam using traditional French roasting techniques to create rich and intense tastes. The coffee beans are originated exclusively and directly from family growers in the Vietnamese mountains. The concern for the environment is a fundamental guiding principal for Folliet, they recycle 100% of the organic waste produced by their factory in the Mekong delta by producing their own organic fertilizer, they have been continuously helping the coffee growers to develop good environmental practices.
