Framework 4th HR Summit 2011 is an annual feature for Human Resources Professionals which will be hosted by GJIMT on November 12, 2011, on the theme “Sustainable People Development-Best HR Practices� at CII, Chandigarh, India. It aims at bringing together HR Professionals, Academicians, Researchers and Management Professionals on a common platform to deliberate on various aspects of the summit theme. The HR Summit will witness presentations by Eminent CEO's, HR Directors, Researchers, Academicians and Scholars. Human Resources Management is constantly evolving to fine tune itself and enhances its effectiveness. Managements expect greater participation of HR in the formulation of Business Strategy and its successful accomplishment to achieve the Business Objectives. Best HR Practices must contribute for enhancing the effectiveness of HR function. This can help the organizations to grow and excel. Perspective India is currently the world's fourth largest economy and its estimated growth rate of 9% in the face of global economic stagnation has baffled one and all. However, sustainable business growth is contingent upon the availability of skilled manpower in the country. Organizations are struggling with the critical task of balancing social, technological, environmental and economic factors for short term & long term performance.
