Classy Living Society Presents Women in History Living Museum CLASSY LIVING SOCIETY IS KICKING OFF NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK YOU ARE INVITED TO THE OCCASION SUNDAY APRIL 10th, 2016
Classy Living Society (“CLS”) will host Women in History Living Museum on Sunday April 10, 2016 at 2050 Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur, GA 30033 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 p.m. Fifteen women will be honored for their contributions and groundbreaking efforts in a number of fields including arts, entertainment, science, politics, engineering, philanthropy, sports and education. In reverence of Women’s History Month, CLS is hosting a unique Women in History Living Museum honoring 15 women for their contributions and groundbreaking efforts in society. An important aspect of CLS’ mission in the community is to promote education and growth -providing a platform for women and children to be exposed to information that will enrich their lives. This event will benefit a triad of local, female youth-based organizations dedicated to encouraging and uplifting girls as they mature into womanhood. Teenage girls from CLS’ partnering organizations will present their interpretation of each featured woman in history in a live, real-time museum setting. Bring your family, stroll through the exhibits and enjoy awesome poets, decadent desserts, hot cocoa and coffee, a unique punch station with all the trimmings, assorted popcorn station and inspiring surprises. CLS looks forward to bringing awareness to the work and legacy of young girls and women in our communities. Entrance fee: Donated items such as hygiene kits and essential items especially for girls. Your gift will have tremendous impact on the life of these girls.
