Feeling the need to encourage the renovation of the Flemish housing

Study case - Minggo Project Online platform Deliverables Wireframes, ux design, Development
After the kick-off meeting with the client we started developing some low res wireframing. In this project I drew most of the storyboard by hand to have a full understanding of what I needed to display. It was the rst time I worked on an aap builder. The biggest challenge was to create beautiful graphics of statistics and an easy way of managing front -end and back-end processes. Here was a very straight forward project, not user - research involved or workshops but constant feedback from the client was relevant to execute the project. We had to rethink the information architecture of the whole site. We did research on similar study cases, analysing the
ow. The challenge here
was to display a lot of content in a very simple way. The client was still developing the content so it had to be exible for future additions. We did wire-framing and also 1 session of user-testing. The pro le from the users was age range was from 30 - 60 years. The feedback from this test was used as input during iteration. Mainly the comments were related to the activity calendars that were not very clear and we had to do minor changes. A lesson learned was to send an update and the agreements with the client during our meetings because there were many stakeholders involved. In this way we assured that the made progress during the following sessions and not revising or questioning

SLIM NAAR ANTWERPEN M O B I L I T Y AP P
Study case - Slim naar Antwerpen Project Mobility platform for the city of Antwerp
Deliverables Wireframes, ux design, Development Rethinking mobility
Over the coming years the city of Antwerp will be involved in big infrastructural works that will impact the general mobility of the city. To provide people with the best information on how to travel in and around the city, the mobility team of Antwerp launched a "Slim Naar Antwerpen" website. After discovering that the rst version didn't connect to the needs of their target audience we were asked to redesign the platform.
I joined the team when the platform was already designed. I contributed with doing some adaptations and a few screen to display social media and other ways to share information. It was a design task no workshops or testing involved, only wire framing and visual design. I used the existing design systems and elements.
