Pour just under a teaspoon of organic oil suited for you type of skin into one hand, rub it into both hands and apply the oil to your neck and face in long, upwards and outwards sweeping movements. Use only very little around your eyes, with the most delicate skin, using the ring finger of both hands.

Neck: Using both hands alternating, slide up your neck from the base to your jaw-bone, turning the hands as necessary and gently cover your whole neck form ear to ear.

Jaw: With your first and middle fingers of each hand, slide firmly along your jaw line from your chin to the front of your ears. Your index finger above your jaw and the middle finger underneath. You can also use circular movements here.

Nose: Hands on each side of the nose, press firmly with the edge of your hands. Hold for three to four seconds. Repeat.

Cheeks and ears: Release the pressure slightly and roll your hands on to your cheeks. Slide your hands outwards, your index fingers stopping in front of your ears where you apply a firm pressure.Hold for three to four seconds. Repeat.

Mouth and nose: Slide both thumbs upwards symmetrically around the corners of your mouth, your fingers held in loose fists under the chin, in under your nose, around the nostrils and lightly off over the tip of your nose.

Eyes: Start at the inner corners of your eyebrows with the middle and ring fingers of each hand, now slide firmly outwards over your eyebrows, using your ring finger only, go very lightly inwards underneath your eyes. Then slide lightly outwards over your closed eyelids with the ring finger of each hand, and then lightly underneath each eye.

Forehead: Starting between the eyebrows with your fingers together and the index fingers leading the way, smooth your hands up to the hairline in a firm lifting movement.

All face: Close your eyes and cover your face, using both hands, fingers together, slightly cupped to produce a gentle suction. Apply a firm pressure to the face, and hold for a second before releasing. Then move the hands outwards from the nose towards the ears, cover the whole face and move the hands up and down to cover the area between the hairline and chin.

Neck: Using the whole hand with your fingers together, now apply pressure with the right hand to the left side of the neck. Work from the base of the neck to the jaw, avoiding the windpipe. Repeat with the left hand and apply the pressure to the right side of the neck.

Eyes: Finally finish off by rubbing your palms against each other to warm them up, then cup your hands over your eyes and hold for few seconds.
