The table is set with a full course that includes some of Rita’s favorites from the American Songbook—Broadway classics (including selections from West Side Story, Sunset Boulevard, Master Class), Swing, Jazz, selections from her new Spanish album, Una Vez Más (produced by Emilio Estefan) and even Rap. Rita does it all and has it all — the Emmy (2), Grammy, Oscar, Tony, Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement, Presidential Medal of Freedom, National Medal of Arts, SAG Life Achievement Award and a 2015 Kennedy Center Honor. And ... don’t forget the dessert ... a confection of experiences, anecdotes and encounters collected over her storied lifetime.

Tomáseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas Sunday, December 18, 2016 • 4 p.m. Mainstage Theatre From the infinite treasury of Ireland’s cultural heritage comes Tomáseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas — a recreation of a night before Christmas in a remote farmhouse in the West of Ireland in the 1940s. Neighbors gather around the fireside for a night of traditional Irish music, song, dance and storytelling f rom native Irish storyteller, Tomáseen Foley. There is magic in the air when the neighbors knock sparks off the flagstone floors with their dancing and the rafters sing with fiery traditional music. A wholesome Christmas show for all the family to enjoy.
